    WILD FLOWERS IN ITALY AND AUSTRIA

        IN this trekking tour, I found many beautiful flowers and took photos. After checking picture books,I uploadesd the flower photos that I could find the names.

       今回の旅行で沢山の綺麗な花を見て写真を撮りました。 その中から図鑑で名前の分かった花を載せてみました。

       I was impressed by these flowers.  I forgot to upload the flower named Forget-Me-Not.  Please do not forget me too.

      TREKKING TOUR IN EUROPE

           Arriving at Munich, we went to Garmisch-Partenkirchen by bus. we stayed here in our first tour day.

         ミュンヘンに着いていてから、ガルミッシューパルテンキルシェンにバスで行きました。

         ガルミッシューパルテンキルシェンの町です。

         Next day,from this town we went to  Zugspitze by mountain railway and cable car.

         この町からツークシュピッツェまで登山電車とケーブルカーで行きました。

         The church near the top of the Zugspitze.  This day was cloudy, we cannot see the top of the mountain.

          ツークシュピッツェの頂上近くにある教会です。この日は曇っていて頂上は見えませんでした。

         Then we went to Insbruck, capital of Tyrol.

         その後チロル州の州都であるインスブルックに向かいました。

         Insbruck means Bridge over the Inn river.  This bridge is just Insbruck. We stayed Piz hotel in Pitztal.

         インスブルックとは、イン川に架かる橋という意味だそうです。

         Next day, we went to Wildspitze mountain in Tyrol.

         その後ヴィルトシュピツェに向かいました。

         Wildspitze, The highest mountain in Tyrol. It's 3768m high. Then we went to Valli di Fanes in Italy, hiking here about one and half hour and then stayed in Monte Pana Sport hotel.

         チロル州の最高峰ヴィルトシュピッツェです。その後フネス谷を散策して、モンパナのホテルに泊まりました。

         Next day, we went hiking near Sassolungo for about 3 hours and near Passo Pordoi for about 3 hours. But we could not see Gruppo dell Marmolada, or the highest mountain at Dolomiti in Italy. because of cloudy day.

        次の日はサッソルンゴ周辺とボルドイ峠近辺をそれぞれ3時間づつハイキングをしましたがイタリアのドロミテの最高峰のマルモラーダは見えませんでした。

         ミズリーナ湖畔のホテルに泊まりました。

         Next day, we went round  Drei Zinnen.

         次の日はドライチンネンを一周しました。

         ドライチンネンのクローズアップです。 この日は同じホテルに泊まりました。

         Next day,we went to Austria again and we hiked about two hours  near Heiligenblut.

          翌日、オーストリアに戻り、ハイリゲンブルート近辺を2時間ほどハイキングしました。

         Gossinitzfall.This day we stayed Post Hotel in Heiligenblut.  

         この日はハイリゲンブルートに泊まりまいた。 ゴシニッツホールという滝がありました。

        Next day, we went to Franz-Josefs-Hole and  walked about one hour and half just seeing Pasterze Glacier.

         翌日はフランツ.ヨゼフス.ヘーエに行きパステルツェ氷河を見ながら1時間半ほど歩きました。

         Left side, W.A.Mozart was born at this apartment house in 1756. Right side , Mirabell garden. Salzburg means Rock Salt Castle Town.

         左、モーツアルトが生まれたアパートでう。右ミラベル庭園です。ザルツブルグとは塩の城塞都市という意味で近辺で岩塩がよくとれたそうです。

         Salzburg was the last destination for our tour. This tour was unforgettable  for me.

         ザルツブルグが最終目的地でした。この旅は私にとって忘れがたい旅になりました。

              Shimoda city is located at the end of Izu peninsula.  It takes about 3 hours by limited express train from Tokyo.

             There are various kind of wild flowers by the seashore.

             伊豆半島先端の下田の海岸付近には多くの野の花が見られます。

            CASTLE VISITING TOUR

                We visited the three castles.  The original castle tower remains even now in each castle.

               天守閣が今も残る3つの城を訪ねて来ました。

               Inuyamajou castle. This castle is located by the Kisogawa river. This castle wad made in 1620AD. Located in Aichi prefecture.

               犬山城です。木曽川のほとりに建っています。 1620年に建てられました。

                 Inside the sea , there are several sea flowers. The biggest one in this area is Enhalus acoroides.

                 There are 3 petals in this female flower. It is considered that this kind plant came back from the land to the sea.The common sea weed do not have flowers.

                 このウミショウブ(トチカガミ科)は陸地から海中に戻ったと考えられています。

                 Inside the anthers,there are many pollens. The specialist professor explained for us about 2 hours. 

                 雄花の顕微鏡写真です。花びらが見えます。花に接している球形のものは葯(やく)でその中に花粉が入ってます。大学の教授が2時間かけて説明してくれました。

                 This island weather is subtropical one. So there are many Hibiscus just in full-bloom.

                 There are two set of calyx in one hibiscus. One support the petals, another is independent. The another one would become the ingredient of hibiscus tea.

                 ハイビスカスは2セットのガクを持ってます。 独立したガクはハイビスカス茶の原料になります。

                IRIOMOTEJIMA ISLAND

                    Iriomotejima is located 2100km from Tokyo, 200km from Taiwan.

                   The latitude is almost same as Hawaii, Taiwan and Miami in Florida state in USA.

                   We went there looking for flowers.

                   西表島は東京から2100kmの所にあります。ハワイや台湾、マイアミとほぼ同じ緯度です。

                   In the evening , we went to see Barringtonia by motor boat to the upper stream of Nakara river.

                   夕方、仲良川の上流に、サガリバナを見に行きました。

                   Barringtonia would open the flowers after dark. There are about 200stamens in one flower.

                   サガリバナ(サガリバナ科)は暗くなってから開花します。一つの花に雄蕊は200本位あります。

                   After in full bloom, the flowers would fall on the water.  It is very beautiful.

                   花が咲くと暫くして、それは川面に落ちます。とても綺麗です。

                           This garden is the one of the most famous garden in Japan.

                       Kyoto was former capital in Japan. It lasted more than 1000 years. It takes 2 hours and half from Tokyo by bullet train.  I travelled with my wife for 3 days  to visit the various kind ogf gardens.
